I Found Females!

Some people seem very concerned that there seem (seems?) to be so few female Bibliobloggers. I don’t know why this is and it’s not a big issue for me. It is what it is. But I thought I would mention a couple that I found that are written by femalers that look to be very interesting and maybe it would make your day; or, here are two more great blogs you may consider taking a look at. I’m not mentioning them just because they’re written by women. I would like a prize of some sort. *Reformed alert*

I follow Heather on her blog http://growup318.com/

She also is reformed, yet full of fresh air.

Thanks, I’ll take a look. All the testosterone can get overwhelming.

This whole thing reminds me of people (as in, some of my relatives) going on tours to see Amish people. In reality, they are probably going to see their fine furniture, woodworking, quilts etc. but they are so fascinated by them I just imagine them saying, “Oh, I think I just saw one! Turn left so we can get up close.”

The Kingdom of Biblioblogdom is like unto an all-male cadre of socially awkward sci-fi geeks, who, upon encountering a female, cannot help but to exclaim, “I sense a disturbance in the force!”

I find the whole issue of having a “Reformed Female Biblioblogger /s” being referred to by “Reformed” guys a little ironic. 🙂

What with the injunction against them teaching men and all.

  9. 9 Scripture Zealot

Esteban, it’s a good disturbance though.

Being a complementarian, I’m certainly not against learning from women.
