When I saw that Dave Black commented on a post by TC Robinson–a blogging friend–I wondered if he reads this blog. So today I saw this:
6:30 PM Jeff asks:
Why are the new gifts always dorky and the Bible gifts useful for the church?
I don’t know the answer to that question, but I do know that one of my spiritual gifts is eating, and that Bec is calling me to the table right now.
He’s referring to Newly Discovered Gifts.
I started reading his site recently and I’m honored that the author of the Greek book I’m studying is reading mine. I will be reviewing his basic grammar book soon, hopefully by next week.

Wow!
I’ve noticed him commenting on a couple of the blogs I read lately. Obviously he has very good taste.
As an aside, I wish he would set his blog to where it was available via feed. (For when he reads this post!)
Me too. I don’t like all bold either. typography thing. I’m sure he has his reasons but I’d like to invite him to consider our suggestions. Although he’s probably come across them before so I wouldn’t want to badger.
Jeff
Do Badgers badger?
Lol, it told me my comment was too short, but:
Very cool
I didn’t know there was a minimum. I guess you have to explain yourself pretty well around here.
Jeff
Hehehe, yeah, I normally don’t get accused of being too short-winded
Mr. Black says,
“7:55 PM Okay, Jeff and Bitsy, them is fightin’ words. Keep talkin’ like that and I’ll up and move over to Belief Net and make you read all them ads.”
That would be a step up but I imagine you’re too much of a free spirit to be there (not in a bad way).
Jeff
Dr. Black has commented several times on my blog, too. Kinda cool!
oh, no, no, no Dr. Black! Not BeliefNet! Please say no. I promise to keep reading where you are
Bitsy caved.
hanging my head in shame.
But it was such a vile threat to move to such a hideous place . . .
You have to stand firm. Now we have to keep talk to him indirectly.
Jeff
