Wordle has been getting popular among bibliobloggers. I thought I would do some smaller books of the Bible. Click on an image to see a larger one and use your browser’s Back button to come back.

i did my blog…
sweet.
The blog we’re not supposed to look at for a week?
How did you do it?
Jeff
Looks cool! Thanks for sharing. What would be really cool is to grab all the text for a book, and wordle that from various translations. Kind of a snapshot of the differences, including translation philosophy (sort of).
As for blog, depending on the platform, you can dump the db contents out to something (WP does XML). A little cleanup, and you’ve got it.

Thanks.
I did the two translations for Ephesians which shows how the HCSB uses the term Messiah quite a bit.
I did most in ESV because I was pretty sure they wouldn’t mind.
I think I’m Wordled out now though.
Jeff
There are some very interesting difference between your wordle on Jude and mine….. very interesting.
What translation is yours?
