I too don't get these labels, but am pretty sure that "postmodern" has something to do with interpreting one's present environment without the context of history. So a postmodern Christian would place emphasis on what they "discern" in a current context, without relying on traditional interpretations. I love your "discernmentalists" label - perfect!
