I should have used a little wine earlier this week.
Since you mention it I looked at some commentaries on this verse. I noticed that Matthew Henry skips right from :22 to :24. Gill and Calvin had quite a bit to say, and the usually succinct Clarke gives quite a bit of insight into the cultural aspects of the issue.
